Oplex Systems is a cloud-based software platform for trucking carriers, owned and operated by Oplex Express Corp, located at 4407 Coveflower Ct. Our platform allows users to create accounts, manage trucking operations, track shipments, and automate clerical work. We offer free access to certain features, while some advanced functionalities are available only through a paid subscription.

Account Creation and Organizations

- Account Registration: In order to access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed.

- Organizations: Registered users can create organizations within the platform. An organization can include multiple users under the same subscription.

- Subscription Services: Subscription tiers offer access to premium features. Upon subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with the chosen tier.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the use of your account and the activities carried out under your account or organization.

By using Oplex Systems, you agree that:
